West End Letting are delighted to be offering a Letting Negotiator role within our West End office. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to provide a professional service for landlord and tenant clients, but with a more personal touch.

The role is an integral part of our property management team and you’ll be crucial in the day to day running of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Letting Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will develop close contact with those wishing to rent a property and landlords who are seeking tenants. This will mean meeting in person with clients and speaking to them via the telephone, email etc.

This essential role will involve dealing with incoming calls from existing clients and interested parties as well as keeping landlords and potential tenants informed and up to date by making outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential landlords and tenants
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Be knowledgeable about the local area and its amenities
• Advertising properties and handling letting enquiries
• Conduct viewings of properties and provide feedback to landlords
• Drawing up legal documentation and sending out tenancy agreement paperwork

The successful candidate will have at least two year’s experience of residential property management, and ideally be a qualified letting agent through having completed a Letting Agent qualification although this is not a mandatory requirement. Good interpersonal and organisation skills are vital for this role. It is a very fast paced working environment, and the successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple properties on the market at a time, and follow the procedure for each property from marketing through to ensuring that a tenant has successfully moved in.
