West End Letting & Sales specialises in providing professional and personal property management services across Glasgow. From managing beautiful West End flats to HMO properties and everything in between, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to step into a fast-paced and rewarding role. If you have a proven track record in Glasgow letting, love working with people, and have the skills to juggle multiple responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tenant relationships, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Organising property repairs and maintenance using tools like Fixflo.
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting back to landlords.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards, including gas and electrical checks, smoke alarms, and EPCs.
- Handling rent management, arrears follow-ups, and tenancy agreements via SME Professional.
- Assisting with marketing and onboarding new properties.
- Managing HMO properties during busy periods (experience is a plus!).
What You’ll Need:
- At least two years of experience in residential property management.
- Familiarity with SME Professional, Fixflo, and Signable.
- A full UK driving license and your own car for property visits (vehicle must be LEZ compliant).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
